What do I need to do before sending my event for approval?

The following steps are mandatory to fulfill before your event can be approved by RaceID. Make sure you have ticked off everything in this checklist!

Event Settings

  • Organizer Information: make sure at least the contact e-mail is filled out.
  • Event Date: if you have duplicated your event, make sure also the event date/dates are updated correctly.
  • Race Image: you can upload a picture for your event under basic information.
  • Race Name: make sure the event name is updated.
  • Race Description: if you have duplicated your event, make sure also the race description is updated correctly.
  • Receipt Settings: make sure you have filled out the receipt information correctly.
  • Translations: all translations have to be updated manually, under the event settings as well as under the distance settings. For more information, see here.

Distance Settings

  • Distance Start: if you have duplicated your distance, make sure also the distance date/dates are updated correctly.
  • Registration Period: set the correct period for when the registration will be open online.
  • Registration Fee / Price: if you have a registration fee, fill out the price for it under "Price".
  • Distance Name: if you have duplicated your distance, make sure also the distance name is updated correctly.
  • Distance Description: if you have duplicated your distance, make sure also the distance description is updated correctly.

Bank Details

  • Make sure the Currency Settings are updated in the section System Users. This is done like this.

When your event is approved, you can publish the registration page online at raceid.com, and open the registration. This is how you do it!
