It's important that the receipt information is filled out correctly from the beginning when your event is created. Since you as an organizer is in charge of the event, your information have to be filled out here.
In the Event Settings, in the section Receipt Settings, all fields are mandatory to fill out before sending your event for approval. Your race will not be approved if this information is missing.
