Add a registration fee to your distance

Adding a registration fee to your race is simple. It is done per distance, in the distance settings.

  1. Go to the event that you want to administer. You find all your events under the menu: "Races"

  2. Scroll down to you distance or click "add distance" if you want to add a new distance.

  3. To edit the distance, you simply click on the three dots to the right in the section for the distance

  4. Click on the edit button to open the distance setting. This opens up the menu for the distance. In order to activate a price for the distance you need to first set activate this under the step: "additional options" (See A in the image below). You active the price by clicking on the toggle in the Additional Options settings (See B in the image below).

  5. You can now add your price(s). You need to fill in three fields for the price:

    1. VAT Percentage: Here you add the VAT of your race ticket.

    2. Price: The price you want to add

    3. From Date: Here you add the date from which the price should be valid.

  6. If you want to add a price ladder you simply click on the "+ Add Price" button and add the next price in the same way. This new price will be automatically updated on the date you set as "From Date". 

  7. If the race is free of charge, you simply untoggle the "Registration fee" in the Additional Options menu.
