How to create a new event

This article goes through how you create a new event in SuperAdmin

To create a new competition in Admin, you first need to set up the event, and thereafter you can add your distance/distances.

  1. Log into your Admin page

  2. Click on the big yellow button "+ NEW RACE"

  3. Go through all headlines in the meny to the left:
    General settings: race date, currency, sport, organizer, location
    Additional options: make sure the receipt information button is activated
    Race Languages: language settings: for all Swedish races we recommend Swedish as the default language. Any translations are added manually under "translations"
    Basic information: race image, event name, general information, contact information
    Translations: any translations are added manually here
    Receipt settings: organizer information that shows on the participants' receipt

All steps above needs to be filled out correctly before sending the race for approval.

Duplicate Event

If you already have an event for the same competition, you can choose to duplicate the entire event. To do this, go to the race page for your old event, press the gear (settings) in the upper right corner and Duplicate. A copy is created, and you can update the required information (date and any text) in the same way as above. Click here for more information.
