Add your race to the Pace race calendar

List your race in the Pace race calendar for free, even if registration is on another platform.

Good to know

  • Listing your race in the Pace race calendar is free.
  • A calendar race links to your own registration page. Registration, payments and reports are not handled in Pace.
  • Pace approves your race before it is published, usually within 24 hours on working days. You get an email when it is approved.

Add a calendar race

1. Log in to Pace Admin at admin.pacesports.app, or create an organizer account there.

2. Go to Races, click Add new race and choose Race calendar only.

3. Fill in Race details: name, External Registration Link (the page where participants register), sport type, race date, location, image and description. Click Next.

4. Fill in Organiser details (at least the contact email) and add your distances.

5. Send your race for approval. Read Send my event for approval.

Want registration in Pace?

You can let participants register through Pace instead. On your race page, switch on Use Pace for registrations.
