To let your participants edit their registrations (for example change class, phone number, club or anything else that might be wrong), you need to activate this service in the Distance Settings in SuperAdmin.
First of all you need to open edit mode of any distance, or create a new one. In the “Additional” step you should enable the “Self Services”:
A new step will be displayed in the column to the left - Self Services:
In the section Self Services you can add both “Edit Registration” and "Transfer Registration" (read more about Transfer Registration here).
After switching the toggle Edit Registration, the feature will be available for this distance.
- Please note this feature is available only for Single distance type.
You are able to set the specific dates for this feature in the fields: “Time from” and “Time to”, or leave date fields empty. In this case, the user will not have any limits regarding the use of the feature.
If you duplicate a distance or race, this step is also duplicated with the entered data.
General fields that are available for edit:
- Waves
- Class
- Relays
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Phone
- Street address
- Postcode
- City
- Country
- Club
- Emergency phone
- Emergency name
- Shoe size
- Shirt size
- Company
- Swimrun ID
- Team (Squad)
- Free custom fields
Fields that are not available for edit:
- First name
- Last name
- Paid custom fields
Custom fields:
- Text, Date, Time - are editable always
- Checkbox, Dropdown, Radiobutton, and Extras - are editable only in case there are free/ no paid options.
