      Transfer Registration for Race Organizers

      How to activate and set prices for transfer registration as race organizers.

      With the feature transfer registration, you as Race Organizer can allow your participants to transfer their registration from one participant to another by using the feature within the RaceID Profile.

      At the moment the feature is available for "single distances".

      How to activate transfer registration

      1. Go to your event and go to settings for the distance you want to activate transfer registration for.

      2. Go to step 3 "additional" and toggle on "self-service". Self-Service will then appear in the left-hand menu. Click on Self Service step.

      3. Toggle on transfer registration and set the time frame for when transfer registration shall be activated for your distance and set a fee for what it should cost for participants to use the feature.

      4. Click save. Done!
