Smart Registration Links

1. Go to the Marketing Hub in the left hand side menu and then click on for Smart Registrations Links:

2. To Create a new Smart Registration Link, click on the purple button “+ Smart Registration Link” to the upper right. The procedure is similar to when creating Coupon Codes.

3. Fill out all the fields in the pop-up window that appears. The following fields must be filled out:

• Name for the link (required)
• Event (required)
• Distance (you can select all or specific distances)
• Date Range (how long the link should be valid to use)
• Max number of usages (required).

4. Click submit to create the link. After you can see it in your list of links. Click into the link you created for more details: 

In the detailed view you can see who has used your link to register, and you can also copy the actual URL here that you will share with your selected participants: 

In the main list of smart registration links you will have a an overview of all your links and how many times they have been used:
