Where to Find Coupon Codes

To get started:

1. Go to your Admin panel
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Marketing (just below Races)
3. This will open the Marketing Hub
4. Click on Coupons

You’ll now see an overview of all your coupon codes.

Overview of Coupon Codes

In the coupon overview, you can easily manage all your codes in one place.

Here you can:

• View details such as:
  • Coupon name
  • Coupon code
  • Total quantity and number of uses
  • Discount value
  • Applicable races
• Use filters to quickly find specific coupon codes (by name, code, etc.)
• Download your coupon codes using the download button on the right

How to Create a Coupon Code

To create a new coupon:

1. Click the "+" (Add Coupon) button
2. A setup window will open

Follow these steps to set up your coupon code:

1. Name

   1. Give your coupon an internal name (for your own reference).

2. 2. Coupon Code

   1. Enter the code that participants will use at checkout.

3. Select Event

   1. Choose which event the coupon applies to.

4. Select Distance(s)

   1. Select one or more distances where the coupon should be valid.

5. Choose the date range when the coupon can be used:
   1. Click the start date followed by the end date in the calendar view.
6. Choose discount type :
   1. Percentage (e.g. 20% off)
   2. Fixed amount (e.g. €5 off)
7. Enter discount value
   1. For percentage: enter the percentage (e.g. 50 for 50%)
   2. For fixed amount: enter the amount to deduct
8. Set usage limit
   1. Choose how many times the coupon can be used.
9. Choose what the discount should apply to
   1. Decide if the discount should apply to: Registration fee only OR Registration fee + Custom fields (e.g. T-shirts and extras that you have added into your form) OR only Custom fields
10. Finish set up:
    1. Click SUBMIT to create you coupon.
    2. Your new coupon code will now appear in the list, were you can track its usage and manage it at any time.
