      Move Participant Between Distances

      In this article, you will learn how to move participants between distances inside one event or from one event to another.

      If your event offers more than one distance, you as a race organizer will most probably get the question from one och several of your registered participant: "Can I change distance?" Your answer will probably be yes, so here is a guide on how you can move participants between distances in RaceID SuperAdmin.

      1. Go to the event you want to move participants between distances in

      2. Choose the distance that the participant is registered to

      3. Copy the e-mail address of the participant

      4. Go to the distance that the participant shall be moved to and click " + Racer" in the top right corner

      5. Add participant to that distance. For a detailed guide on this step see this article here.

        NOTE! If you have custom field information that shall be moved with the participant from the old distance to the new distance it is important that you add this information for each custom field in the SuperAdmin start list after you have added the participant to the new distance.

      6. Go back to the distance that the participant shall be moved from.

      7. Click on the action button and choose "delete racer".

      8. Done, the participant is moved to the new distance and deleted from the old one.
