How to send a message (e-mail/push notification) to your participants?

If you need to inform all participants about something, you can send a mass message (e-mail & push notifications) from our Timing App.

In the RaceID Timing App, you can create both mass email and push notifications to all participants at the same time.

Step by step:

1. Download the RaceID Timing App from AppStore (yellow and black logo).

2. Log in with your Admin username and password.

3. On the bottom right of the screen, there is a button called "messages".

4. Press the "+" and you can create your message.

5. Under "Recipient Data" you select the current race.

6. Under "Option of Sending" you select if you want to send a push notification/email or both.

7. Press send. You can also schedule a time for later if you want to send the message later.
