When you have received you login details, go to our Super Admin webpage.
This is the backside of your final registration page, where you edit all settings for the race, information, pictures, dates, registration fields etc.
If you have forgot your password, you can order a new one at the login, or direct here.
Make sure you use the same email adress that’s registered to your account.
At the main page you will have a menu to the left with the following headlines:
These are all important for you to learn how to orientate in Admin, and they have different functions.
In this section, you will find all your orders from all participants, not only for this year but for earlier events as well.
You find important information about the participants such as order number, purchase date, for what distance and event, email adress, price, status of payment and receipt. This is also where you can download the participants receipt.
If you want to filter your registrations you can do this by clicking any of the headlines on top of the page, for example to filter all participants from a certain distance.
In this section, you will find all your races or events, not only of this year but for earlier events as well. By clicking a race name, you will come to the main page for this event.
If you have old races in our system, please let them stay there and do not delete them. They contains valuable information, so instead you can chose to make sure that the registration is closed, and if you want, unpublish it from our page. Here you can read how to edit and update events.
In this section, you will find all your created coupon codes, not only the valid ones but also all earlier created ones that might be expired. It is also in this section you create your coupon codes. To create a coupon code, your race must already be approved by RaceID and published online.

In this section you will find all your system users you have connected to your account: both Organizers and Timing Assistants. Also here it's possible to filter the different sections so you can search for more specific information.
In this section you will find all your participants, for all your different events. If you want to filter your registrations you can do this by clicking any of the headlines on top of the page, for example to filter all participants from a certain race or distance. You can also find a specific participant by searching in the field for email, first name or last name etc.
