FAQ Reconciliation (ENG)

All settlements and payment information are now collected in one place - in SuperAdmin! The advantages are many - not the least of which is that it is easier to get an overview and find the information whenever you want.

When will I receive my statement and payment?

The settlements are found inside SuperAdmin under the Reconciliation tab. They will be automatically uploaded there monthly so you can easily find them in one place.

Where are our account details for payouts found?

We have transferred all data and your latest information, but please log in as soon as possible and ensure that your payment details are correct. This is done like this.

What kind of changes does this mean?

  • Automation and simplification of payments.
  • The process will be updated in the spring and give you more information. The interface is developed and becomes available in stages.

How long will it take to get my money to a foreign account?

Currency transfers between countries may have a few days delay beyond our control.

I previously had a monthly payment - what does the change mean?

If you previously had a monthly payment, no major change will take place, other than that all settlements and files are now collected in Admin. However, you as the organizer need to ensure that your payment and contact details are up to date. This is done like this.

I have previously had a post-race payout - what does the change mean?

If you previously received a summarized payment after the race, there will be a change - they will now come monthly for all organizers. This means many advantages such as:

  • Speed and reliability
  • Simple overview and self service
  • A place for your settlement files going forward

I have previously received payments to different accounts - what does the change mean?


If you previously received your payments to different bank accounts, a change will take place, as you now need to have an organizer account linked to the respective bank account. This is so that automatic payments can take place, to the correct accounts.
