Other Ways to Pay for Registrations in Bulk

Use Coupon codes and send the invoice yourself

You can also use coupon codes. By creating a coupon code for the club or company, all its participants can use the code to sign up without paying at checkout. When the registration is closed, you can see in Pace Admin how many times the code was used, and send an invoice for the amount of registration fees.

Use the Team and Team Leader Feature

If you need participants to add several participants in a team and have one person pay for it, you can use the Team Feature. There is also a way for the team leader to edit and manage their team. More info here.

Let participants add additional participants in checkout

For smaller groups, participants can also add several participants to a registration when they sign up and pay for all at once.
