This article goes through the steps you can take if you get a validation error message during registration
If you get a validation error when registering for a race you can follow these points to try and fix it:

Make sure all the required fields are filled in when submitting your registration.

Make sure your payment provider is open to online payments, the registration can fail if the payment doesn’t go through

Make sure the race registration is still open by visiting the race main page

Make sure you are not already registered with that account/email by searching the start list in the race you are trying to register to.

Make sure your email is the right one

If you are signing up multiple participants, make sure their emails are unique and not already signed up to the race.

If none of these things work you can contact the race organizer with your issue.
