In this article, you will learn how to find receipts for your participants and download them as PDFs.
For every order that is made from the RaceID platform a receipt is created and sent via confirmation e-mail to the registered participant, but also saved and stored in the orders list for you as Race Organizer to download. Here is how to find the receipt if your participants are asking for it from you;

Go to "orders" in the admin menu

Search for the participant which receipt you want to find, search on order ID, e-mail or scroll to the correct date

Scroll to the very right, in the last column you will see "receipt" and a yellow symbol to click for download.
