Some race organizers send out personal invite token for a number of reasons. If you, as a participant, are experiencing any issue with the registration process, follow the instructions below.
If you are experiencing issues with registering via a personal invite token link there may be a couple of reasons, these issues can be resolved by following the steps below.
First and foremost, make sure you are following the link that was sent out to you and not by finding the race on RaceID.com manually. This step is important as the link will bypass any restrictions.
When you arrive on the registration page after clicking your link you need to make sure you are logged in correctly. Under the e-mail field there should be a text saying "you are already registered at RaceID login", please click this login-text to log in.
Another option is to login via the "sign in" button at the top right, make sure the URL is still your invite token link after signing in!
If there is a dark banner that appears saying the registration is closed, then the link was not followed correctly or the sign-in redirected you.

- Complete your registration by filling out the form
