Invite participants to your new event

If you want to invite existing participants from a previous event to a new one, you can do this from our Timing App

In the RaceID Timing App, you can send an invitation to existing participants to take part in a new event. 

Step by step:

1. Download the RaceID Timing App from AppStore (yellow and black logo).

2. Log in with your Admin username and password.

3. On the bottom right of the screen, there is a button called "messages".

4. Press the "+" and toggle "invitation" on the top of the screen. 

5. Select the event you have created and want to invite participants to.

6. Select from what event and distance you would like to invite participants. You can chose more than one distance.

7. Press send.
