What is Today's Readiness?
Today's Readiness lets you input daily subjective data, like your previous day's training, muscle soreness, stress levels, and sleep quality. Your answers calculate your readiness score, which helps adjust your training plan.
What is daily streak?
The daily streak counts how many consecutive days you've entered your Today's Readiness data. Missing a day isn't a big deal; you can always go back to a specific date to enter your answers and maintain your streak.
Can I see details about different types of runs in the calendar?
Yes, clicking on a run in the calendar shows details about the session, including the type of run, expected heart rate level, and how intervals are structured.
