Creating your plan, seeing details and settings

How do I create the plan I want?

During signup, you'll customize your plan by specifying your target distance, start date, race day, goal time, preferred running days, and whether you want variety in your training. Miles considers all these factors when creating your plan.

What happens if I change my settings?

Changing your settings regenerates your plan. You can completely redo your plan or make minor adjustments, like adding or removing sessions. Past sessions remain unchanged.

Can I see details about different types of runs in the calendar?

Yes, clicking on a run in the calendar shows details about the session, including the type of run, expected heart rate level, and how intervals are structured.

Where can I see detailed session data?

Currently, detailed stats like speed and distance are available on your training device's platform or apps like Strava. Miles will eventually display this info but remains focused on providing a training plan.
