New Way to Log In to Pace (RaceID)

A More Secure Login

When you log in or register, you are now redirected to a secure login page shared by RaceID and Pace.

This is done to protect your information and ensure that the correct details are linked to the correct account.

Passwordless Login

You no longer log in using an email address and password.

Instead, we send a one-time code to your email address and/or phone number.

How it works:

• You enter your email address (or phone number)
  
  
• You receive a code sent to you
  
  
• You enter the code — done
  
  

This makes logging in both easier and more secure.

For Existing Account Holders

If you already have an account, you must now always log in before continuing with a race registration.

This ensures that:

• your information is protected
  
  
• your registration is linked to the correct account
  
  
• your history and upcoming races are displayed correctly in the app
