How to bulk edit participants in the start list

Good to know

You can change fields such as Class, Gender, address details, team and Comments for several participants at once.
Name, email, phone, date of birth, nationality, country and BIB can only be changed one participant at a time. Paid add-ons are excluded.
Fields you leave empty stay as they are.

1. Log in to Pace Admin and open your race.

2. Under Distances, click the distance.

3. On the Participants tab, tick the participants you want to edit and click Edit group.

4. Fill in only the fields you want to change, for example Class, and click Save.

5. Click Confirm.

6. Done! The change is applied to all selected participants.

Use the search fields (for example Gender or Last Name) to quickly find the participants you want to edit.
Click Clear to unselect all participants.
