Overview of Payments and Reports

Pace Sports handles all your registration payments and stores them in a safe bank account. Every month, we pay out your money to you and provide you with a detailed report, which you can view in Pace Admin (see below). The price for the service is deducted in the form of a commission, which you will see in the payment reports. 

Important! You must fill out your billing details (enter your account information) so we can pay out your money to you. Find out how here. 

Access Your Reports

1. To find information about finances and your payment reports, go to the Finance and Billing Hub: 

2. Click on "Reports"

3. Here you can see a list of all the reports generated for you. 

4. To view a report, click on its Report Number. You will then enter the Detailed Report and the Payment Overview where you can see your income for teh period as well as the platform fees and total payouts: 

5. You can then navigate between the tabs at the top to also see your RaceID Invoice (in case you need it for accounting), your VAT report and a list of all the transactions:
