Add Terms & Conditions to your registration

Make participants accept your terms before they can complete their registration.

Good to know

  • Terms are set per distance. Repeat the steps for each distance.
  • You can upload a PDF (max 10 MB) or write the terms as free text.
  • Participants must accept the terms before they can complete registration.

How to add Terms & Conditions

1. Log in to Pace Admin and open your race.

2. Under Distances, click … next to the distance and select Edit.

3. Click Additional Options and turn on Terms and Conditions. A new step called Terms & Conditions appears in the Steps menu. Click it.

4. Make sure Show Terms and Conditions during registration is turned on.

5. Choose a format:
• File (PDF): drag and drop your PDF into the upload area, or click it to browse.

• Free text: write or paste your terms in the text editor.

6. Click Save.
